1.  PRICING: All prices are in US Dollars.
 
2.  TAX INFORMATION:  Massachusetts residents are charged 5%.

3.  BACK ORDERS:  Our aim is to ship your order complete, but please note
that we obtain some of these items from a variety of suppliers and
manufacturers. Deliveries to us are at times unpredictable. Back ordered
items will ship as soon as possible with no additional shipping charges.

4.  RETURNS: Returns accepted within 10 days of receipt if items are in good
condition. Please call or e-mail with nature of problem and to obtain
authorization and instructions. A restocking fee may apply.

5.  DELIVERY: Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days of
receipt and are shipped via US mail. Shipments may be delayed up to 2 weeks
for personal checks to clear.

6. SHIPPING & HANDLING INFORMATION:
$50.00 and under: $6.95
$50.01 to $100.00: $8.95
$100.01 to $150.00: $10.95
$150.01 and over: $12.95

7.  ORDERING OPTIONS: You may order conveniently on-line with our shopping
cart and secure server. Or if you prefer, be sure to have all pertinent
information available and call us at (508) 829-0979.

8.  PAYMENT OPTIONS:  We accept Visa and Mastercard.  You
may also pay by check or money order.  Shipments may be delayed up to 2 weeks
for personal checks to clear.

9.  OFFICE HOURS:  Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm EST.  The only
exceptions to this would be when we are traveling to and from pow-wows, but
there is a machine so leave a message.  We will get back to you as soon as
possible.
